Use the booking form below to book the Billiards Room for private suite access.
The Billiards Room is available to be booked between 8:00am and 10:00pm daily.
- Users are requested to wipe down equipment before and after use to reduce the spread of pathogens. Disinfectant wipes are available in the Billiards Room.
- Only members of the same suite are allowed to use the Billiards Room together. NO OUTSIDE VISITORS.
- Please limit bookings to two periods per week until we get a feel for demand.
- As with all indoor spaces, masks or face coverings should be worn at all times. All users are to complete the COVID screening questionnaire when booking.
Resident Log-in (optional)
When you create a booking an online account is automatically created for you and you will receive an email with instructions on how to use it. You can log in to view past bookings, reschedule or cancel future bookings. If you did not receive your welcome email or if you forgot your password then select forgot password below and enter the email you used for past bookings to reset your password.
