Use the form below to book the party room for your event. The party room can be booked from 8:00am – 10:00pm. It cannot be exclusively booked December 25, but is open for common use.
Please note that once your booking request is submitted it requires confirmation from the property manager. All reservation confirmations will be actioned during regular business hours (Monday to Thursday between 8:30 am to 4:00 pm).
The party room occupancy limit is 80 but there is limited seating provided for 28 people with 7 tables. Other amenities include:
- Refrigerator
- Stove with hood range
- Microwave
- Wet bar
- A few assorted dishes
Notes:
There is no cleaning service for the party room so unit owners making the reservation are responsible to clean up, re-set chairs and tables, and vacuum. You should always leave the room looking better than when you first enter. A cleaning checklist is posted on the refrigerator.
As per the building rules, guests must vacate the party room by 10 PM.

When you create a booking an online account is automatically created for you and you will receive an email with instructions on how to use it. You can log in to view past bookings, reschedule or cancel future bookings. If you did not receive your welcome email or if you forgot your password then select forgot password below and enter the email you used for past bookings to reset your password.
