WATER …

WATER is a vital resource for many reasons. WATER can also be our worst enemy. If you live in a building and find yourself in a situation where you hear sounds of constant “running water”, please notify your superintendent immediately. In a building where each individual unit is connected to a shared plumbing system, the sound of “running water” could mean a burst pipe, a leaking faucet or a leaking toilet. This can cause significant damage, floods, structural, and mold growth. Running water WILL increase your maintenance fees …… Your building is YOUR community.

Realtor Lockbox

If you are considering listing your unit with a realtor, please advise your agent(s) we now have a realtor lockbox located on the left side of the wall at the front entrance. A code is not required. There is room to hang approximately 9 medium size realtor lockboxes.

Unit Doors

The corporation does not permit “deadbolts” on unit doors. If a resident is in need of help and cannot access the door, the fire department would immediately break down the door.
Repairs or, a new door if required, will be charged back to the owner. If you rent out your unit, please ensure your tenant has not installed a deadbolt.

No elevator bookings will be confirmed after 11:00am on Fridays.
