In summary, Stella Ho from Newton Trelawney’s head office will be the new on-site presence at DCC122. She looks forward to meeting and working with you all to support a safe, well-maintained, and positive living environment.
Additionally, we have taken this transition as an opportunity to improve how we manage email communications with owners. To do so, we have created a dedicated inbox for owner correspondence that is monitored by all of our Administrative Staff and Condominium Managers. Going forward, please send all correspondence to office@walldorfcondo.ca. This dedicated inbox will help ensure a timely response, even when an individual staff member is unavailable.
Management office hours from Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. (Lunch break 1-2 pm).
