Garbage Chutes:
NEVER: throw clothing or bed linens down the chute. If these items have bed bugs, chances are they will survive. Bed bugs can and will travel through the garbage chute. Fabric materials will get entangle and cause damage. Never throw stuff like kitty litter, pieces of foam, pillows or disposable baby diapers, these items can also cause damages.
NEVER: throw hazardous or flammables items down the garbage chute, i.e. batteries or items that contain batteries inside. Computer key boards, cell phones etc. anything electronic. Tossing these items creates unnecessary maintenance costs and, more importantly, safety issues!
GARBAGE THAT CANNOT BE RECYCLED
NEVER throw loose food down the chute Such as; food wrappers, used paper towels, disposable facemasks, or anything that has been soiled, wet with food or waste substance.
Food should be placed in a plastic bag and tied before being thrown down the garbage chute.
Recycling:
BLUE RECYCLING BINS, bins are put outside WEDNESDAY afternoon for pick up THURSDAY morning. Residents can bring their recycling down, MONDAY, TUESDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY. Please, when sorting your recyclables make sure to keep plastic separate from cardboard and paper items. If these are put in the same bin, the bin will not be picked up.

IN SUITE THERMOSTAT
If you are experiencing issues with your thermostat, please let management know. Stacy will check the thermostat. If a service call is necessary, a service call will be placed to Honeywell.
Bookings: Elevator I Party room I Gym
For all bookings and other resident information, please visit www.walldortcondo.ca To reserve a date/`time for the elevator, residents are required to book 48 hours PRIOR to the delivery date. The service elevator can be booked daily, Monday – Saturday between 8:30am and 4:00 pm. Trucks or tractor trailers are not
permitted to use the loading dock after 3:00pm Saturdays. Elevator booking are not permitted on Sundays.
Elevator bookings will NOT be confirmed after 11:00am on Fridays. (There is no one in the office to see these!)
GARAGE REMOTE
Unfortunately, Management will no longer be supplying these remotes. Residents who are looking to purchase a remote can go directly to the supplier,
