This is a reminder that our after-hours emergency number has changed. The new number to call is,

Please remember that this emergency number is strictly for building-related emergencies only. For any medical situations, please call 911.
RECYCLING …..
We have noticed residents are continuing to use the recycle room as a drop point for
garbage. This requires a cleaner that is a cost for resident to incurred.
RESIDENT SUGGESTIONS ….
If there is anything you would like to see included in the upcoming Monthly BUZZ, please do
not hesitate to share your suggestions. You can send them to me directly via email
bonnjg@mccallwynne.ca or, if you prefer, you can write your suggestion down and drop it in
the mailbox found on the wall beside the management office. We will consider all suggestions.
Your input can help us make the Monthly BUZZ as informative and relevant as possible for
everyone in our community.
DELIVERIES. …
Due to the ongoing mail strike, we predict an increase in deliveries from various courier
services and food delivery apps. This has led to an increase in people requesting access to the
building. Unfortunately, we have experienced security breaches, with homeless persons and
other unauthorized individuals gaining entry. This is a genuine problem that puts the safety of
all residents at risk.
For the safety and security of our community, we must remind everyone of the
following strict policy:
While it may seem helpful to quickly let someone in, doing so allows unknown
individuals to enter the premises.
Your cooperation is vital to ensuring the continued safety and security of our building.
Do not buzz anyone into the building until you have spoken to the person and
confirmed their identity. If you are not home, do not let anyone in remotely.
WEEKLY GATHERING….
Are you new to the building and looking for a way to connect with your neighbors? We invite you to join our “social time” in the party room, Tuesday mornings at 10:30am.
Please bring your favorite cup of coffee or tea and enjoy a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. It’s a great opportunity to meet new people and get to know your fellow residents.

ELEVATORS …
Elevator service is available for booking Monday through Saturday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Please note that elevator bookings are not permitted on Sundays.
