Tuesday October 8, 2024 Sage Fire will be onsite for the monthly Fire System test. During this test, bells will ring intermittently.
Parking Enforcement
The outside visitor parking is for guests who are visiting someone at the building, and deliveries. Keep in mind many residents have a PSW who visits them at different times throughout the day / or evening. Residents are not permitted to park in visitors overnight.

REMINDER…. shelling out for Halloween is not permitted in the building for safety reasons.

Please book the elevator PRIOR to deliveries / removals. The loading dock is now open. Deliveries are not permitted through the front lobby.
