IMPORTANT REMINDER – BIKE CAGE ….
The deadline to register your bicycle(s) and pick up your numbered tag(s) is scheduled for,
ttAugust 8th, 2025tt. Please be advised that any bicycle(s) that are not registered with the
management office and without a tag(s) after this date will be disposed of.
NORTH PATIO ….
Due to strong winds, the barriers have repeatedly fallen over. For these reasons,
management has temporarily removed them while we work on a more secure solution.
RECYCLING AREA ….
This is a friendly reminder that the recycling room is exclusively for recyclable garbage. It is
not a donation area for residents to drop off items. Please dispose of your recyclable
garbage in the appropriate bins that have been provided for all residents.
WEEKLY GATHERING ….
Are you new to the building, or looking for a way to get to know your neighbors? Please join our
“social time” in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for a coffee in the party room, Tuesday
mornings 10:30. It’s the easiest, no•cost way to meet your neighbors while enjoying a chat and
a cup of coffee. We look forward to seeing you!
GARAGE …. ENTERING/ EXITING THE GARAGE – YOU MUST ALWAYS KEEP TO YOUR LEFT
It has been brought to management’s attention some vehicles are using excessive speed when
entering and exiting the garage. During the summer months, some residents are entering /
exiting the garage on a BIKE. As a reminder, the maximum speed limit within the garage is
1 0 km/h. This limit is in place for the safety of all residents, pedestrians, and to prevent
accidents involving parked vehicles. The posted speed limit is to ensure a safe environment
for our entire community. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
ELEVATORS ……
We want to remind everyone about the proper use of the elevator call buttons.
While we have a contract with our elevator company for maintenance, some parts are not
covered under the agreement. For instance, replacing a call button due to “negligence” is an
additional cost. The buttons are designed for a gentle press with your finger or knuckle, not
with keys, pens, or other hard objects. We kindly ask that you please be gentle when pushing
the buttons. Repeatedly pressing them will not make the elevator arrive any faster. Your
cooperation helps us avoid unnecessary repair costs.
Elevator service is available for booking Monday through Saturday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
