This is a reminder that our after-hours emergency number has changed. The new number to call is,

Please remember that this emergency number is strictly for building-related emergencies only. For any medical situations, please call 911.
BIKE CAGE….
Please be advised that all unclaimed bikes without a registered blue tag have been removed from the underground garage.
Moving forward, residents who wish to store their bike(s) in the locked bike cage must register them with the management office. If you do not yet have a key for the bike cage, please contact management to obtain one.
UNDERGROUND GARAGE….
New yellow arrows have been painted at the top of the ramp and on the surface of the underground garage. REMINDER… WHEN ENTERING AND EXITING THE
GARAGE KEEP TO THE LEFT.
SUPERINTENDENT….
As many of you may already know, Stacy will be leaving the Walldorf Condo community in October. Her last day with us will be Thanksgiving weekend.
Stacy has been a valued part of our community for over four years, building many friendships and consistently offering her extensive knowledge of the building to assist contractors. I personally want to express my gratitude to Stacy for all her help and patience in answering my many questions when I first arrived at 711 Rossland.
We wish Stacy the very best in all her future endeavors.

Are you new to the building and looking for a way to connect with your neighbors? We invite you to join our “social time” in the party room, Tuesday mornings at 10:30am.
Please bring your favorite cup of coffee or tea and enjoy a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. It’s a great opportunity to meet new people and get to know your fellow residents.

Elevator service is available for booking Monday through Saturday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Please note that elevator bookings are not permitted on Sundays.
